Shipping Policy

All Fluffer Pros items are made to order, so please allow a little extra time compared to shopping off-the-shelf. Here’s what to expect:

Production Time Once you place your order, our print partners get to work. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, new drops), this may run slightly longer.

Shipping Time After production, standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

Total Estimated Delivery Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days from the date you place your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Order Tracking Once shipped, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow your package. If tracking hasn’t updated in a while or something looks off, email us at flufferpros@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Address Accuracy Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. We’re not able to redirect packages once they’ve entered production, and we’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
